it think ericsson k800i
N73 and N73ME(‘music edition’.. Do you mean N73ME by “N73e”?) have the same hardware but the multimedia key of N73 is replaced with a button dedicated music player in N73ME. Besides N73ME is completely black and includes a 2GB memory card. Recently the firmware is updated to have the same version for both N73 and N73ME.
Now, in comparison to SE K800i, N73 has a Carl Zeiss video tessar lens which is absent in K800i. That helps for the added software like Auto-focus, BestPic etc. to interact with the lens more easily. So the picture is much more auto-optimized in N73 than in SE K800i. You will find a glowing effect in N73 pictures than a tint effect in K800i for all “automatic” settings enabled in both the phone. Though one thing is better in K800i camera, which is the real Xenon flash. That gives the best shot even in complete darkness which is not so good in N73.

e on the end of a mobile phone model means it’s the Orange branded version. i’d go with Nokia every time.
